We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Wire Harness Technician to join our team and play a key role in the development and production of new wire harness assemblies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in precision work.

As a Wire Harness Technician, you will:

• Support prototype development and production hand-off activities
• Create processing, assembly, and testing documentation
• Perform soldering and crimping using various methods
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test assemblies and sub-assemblies
• Build to IPC620 quality standards
• Troubleshoot and improve process parameters to increase yield

What We’re Looking For in a Wire Harness Technician:

• Ability to perform a wide range of production assembly tasks
• Comfortable working from diagrams, drawings, and assembly boards
• Skilled in using hand and power tools for cable and harness assembly
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Experience reading assembly parts lists and documentation
• Prior wire harness experience is a strong plus
