Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage Windows-based systems and imaging environments.
Deploy and configure systems using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and SCCM.
Maintain optimal system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows imaging and endpoint management.
Collaborate with IT team members to establish the best system deployment and management practices.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff.
Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, deployment processes, and policies.

Must-Haves:

7+ years of experience in Windows system administration and endpoint management.
Proven expertise in Windows imaging using MDT and SCCM.
Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a complex IT environment.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset.

Pluses:

Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE , or related)
Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and system hardening
