Job Responsibilities:

External Sales Representative with vast experience in forging deep business relationships with Clients.
Excellent Product Knowledge and Deal Restructuring skills to find business solutions and achieve the client’s and Sun West’s objectives.
Deep understanding of the Mortgage Market and ability to seek opportunities in a tough and highly competitive market.
Troubleshoots and assists the partner in resolving loan-level and systemic problems, difficulties or performance concerns / issues the partner is facing with the Company’s services or Loan Programs. Escalates, with solutions, to the Company’s Management, in accordance with the guidelines and instructions provided by the Company.
Follows high quality service standards, internal controls and security procedures, compliance regulations and authenticates channels of Business for the Company.
Performs all responsibilities in accordance with current organizational goals and standards.
Understands and complies with the rules and regulations associated with Real Estate transactions and the Mortgage process.
Ensures compliance with all Federal regulations and discloses correct information to all parties as necessary.
