Warehouse/Logistic Manager

With strong growth plans and a people-first culture, the company is seeking a Warehouse / Logistics Manager to strengthen operations and drive efficiencies across its service and construction functions.

Position Summary

The Warehouse / Logistics Manager has overall responsibility for the daily support of both construction and service operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution, ensuring compliance with company standards while driving efficiencies, profitability, and safe practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to warehouse and logistics personnel.

  • Direct and manage support operations to achieve financial and operational goals.

  • Assist in developing forecasts and implementing strategic plans aligned with company objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safe performance.

  • Lead warehouse operations with a results-oriented, process-improvement focus.

  • Partner with leadership on budgeting for company vehicles, tools, and safety equipment.

  • Maintain strong communication across departments to ensure alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor?s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 6+ years of general management experience (HVAC or related industry preferred).

  • Demonstrated leadership in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Experience streamlining warehouse/logistics operations.

  • 3+ years of buying/purchasing experience with pipe, valves, and fittings.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
