Warehouse Supervisor – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Garland, Utah

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a high-volume distribution environment. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining accuracy, and promoting safety across all warehouse functions. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent operational knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Maintain a strong floor presence to monitor workflow and support team members.
  • Assign daily work priorities and verify task completion and accuracy.
  • Conduct routine inventory checks and audits to minimize discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and applicable regulations.
  • Oversee the organization, maintenance, and functionality of warehouse equipment and storage systems.
  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff; conduct performance evaluations.
  • Manage scheduling and timekeeping using ADP or similar systems.
  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
  • 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, shipping, inventory, production, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support cross-functional teamwork.
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and proven commitment to safety.
  • Experience managing pick/pack/ship operations in large or high-volume settings.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
