Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO Campus Support - Coaching - Support the training and development of Worship Pastors/Directors at Saddleback campuses related to both the worship area as well as personal and spiritual development.
- Resources - Create, distribute, and ensure all Worship Pastors/Directors have the vocal tools and resources they need to succeed. This includes creating, recording and distributing all vocal parts needed for weekend worship services.
- Assist in the training and developmental program of vocalists in Saddleback Worship teams. This includes attending weekly development nights.
- Edit and tune vocal parts for any Saddleback worship music.
Worship Team Support - Participate and help accomplish major Worship projects and department goals.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of the music, specifically the vocal arrangements.
- Help develop creative ideas and elements for special services, conferences, and other events.
- Oversee and manage the CCLI license.
- Lead worship for weekend services, conferences, special events, all staff meetings and other events at Saddleback Church as scheduled.
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE - Experience leading teams, communicating clearly, and building teams.
- Creative vision and ability to communicate to a large or small group.
- Experience leading worship in large and small settings.
- Experience managing administrative aspects of worship experiences.

Saddleback Church's pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity and budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. The minimum pay for this position is expected to be $28.00-$30.00 per hour. A wage posted does not guarantee a specific salary for a job offer.
