Vice President/AVP Opportunity - Executive Search - $300k+ OTE
Real Estate and Construction // Hybrid in Houston

You will:
- Be working for the number one specialist search firm for the Real Estate Industry.
- Work VP and above positions in the Real Estate and Construction markets across the US.
- Deal with fees ranging from $45k to $200k
- Only work on a retained or exclusive basis. No retained experience? No problem - you will be taught by the best in the business.
- Be part of a high performing team. Over half are taking home $350k+ annually.
- Have multiple roles to work from day 1
- Have access to the most detailed and up-to-date CRM/Database on the market.
