Valuations & Strategy Associate - Private Equity Firm in Boston, MA

Our client, a private equity firm in Boston, MA, is looking to add a Senior Associate to their Valuations & Strategic Analysis team. This person will be responsible for assisting with the quarterly valuation of the firm's portfolio companies. This person will also work cross functionally with internal teams to assist with financial analysis and fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with valuation analysis on a wide range of portfolio companies
• Preparing materials for financial reporting and fundraising purposes
• Supporting new fund launches and responding to investor due diligence requests
• Creating ad hoc reports for various departments throughout the firm including senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• CFA
• 2-4 years of experience
• Strong analytical & technical skills (Excel is required

$110K - $140K base dependent on experience
