Our client, a global IT leader, is seeking skilled UX Designers to join their team. This role offers a unique path: you’ll start with us in a remote work setting and after six months, you’ll relocate to Geneva, Switzerland to work directly with the client, contributing to their UX evolution. In Geneva, you’ll help refine their products by collaborating with a cross-functional team in a highly innovative environment.
Identify and define user issues, collaborating with product managers to support discovery.
Lead solution design stages to map and optimize user experiences, balancing technical constraints.
Drive solution implementation with engineering teams to bring impactful solutions to life.
Evaluate feature success, analyze user data, and iterate on product experience.
Support and influence the overall UX agenda, engaging in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
Proven experience in Interaction Design, UI Design, Systems Thinking, Information Architecture, Research, and Prototyping.
Strong business competencies: constraint management, understanding the business impacts of UX decisions.
Soft skills in communication, critical thinking, adaptability, empathy, and planning.
Flexibility and collaboration mindset; experience in high-tech, innovative environments.
Availability to relocate to Geneva, Switzerland after six months and for periodic travel during onboarding.
