In-Flight Crew Connections is looking for a motivated individual to join our client's growing data acquisition team. This full-time position in Lake Jackson, Texas and offers a competitive salary, benefits, and the chance to transition into a direct hire with a top Fortune 500 company. What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute UAV missions for data capture.
- Maintain, inspect, charge, and pack equipment.
- Travel (up to 25%) to job sites and perform missions.
- Offload, organize, and process data.
- Operate UAV sensors.
Skills and Experience:
- Part 107 sUAS certification ( required ).
- Experience with flight controllers and UAV types (Fixed wing, VTOL, multirotor).
- Familiar with ground station software like Intel Mission Control, Mission Planner, Litchi, etc.
- Experience with software such as Pix4D, Agisoft Photoscan, Adobe Suite.
- LiDAR, thermal, photogrammetry, multispectral sensor knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of surveying concepts (e.g., GSD, GCPs, GPS systems).
- Experience with industrial/plant environments is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Location:
- Lake Jackson, Texas (must live within 1 hour commute).
- Fully on-site position (remote work is not an option).
