LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Trusts & Estates Paralegal for a prestigious law firm in Naples. This is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier Estate Planning team known for handling complex estate plans.
Responsibilities:
- Draft estate planning documents (trusts, wills, powers of attorney, etc.)
- Manage estate planning workflow and client status reports
- Assist attorneys during client meetings
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of estate planning experience
- Experience with fiduciary accounting or income tax returns is a plus
- Proficient in GEMS software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Paralegal certificate or Florida Registered Paralegal preferred
