Position: Trust and Estate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Trust and Estate Attorney to join our legal team. As a Trust and Estate Attorney, you will specialize in handling legal matters related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and extensive experience in trust and estate law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding trust and estate planning
- Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and power of attorneys
- Assist clients with the establishment and administration of trusts
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including probate and trust litigation
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with laws and regulations related to trust and estate
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- 3 - 5+ years of experience handling Trust and Estate cases
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, and probate
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
