Job Description

Staffing for a full-time, hybrid Training Instructor II role based in St Louis, MO . This is a mid-level Training Instructor position focused on developing and delivering technical training , primarily for military or DoD-related systems. The role involves both classroom instruction and training material development , so it’s perfect for someone who has taught before and also understands how to design training programs using military guidelines, such as TRADOC or ADDIE.

• At least 5 years of experience developing and delivering training
• Should understand ADDIE, the common process used to build training programs
• Experience working with TRADOC regulation 350-70 (or other DoD training guidelines is highly desirable)
• Must be: US Citizen & ability to obtain a secret clearance

9/80 schedule, strong salary $70-80K range, excellent benefits, including a 401K with 6% match, up to 40% travel is required (domestic & international)
