Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for lithium battery systems (both automated and manual)
Maintain detailed and organized records of all test results and procedures
Analyze test results to characterize system behavior and identify anomalies
Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and product development teams to resolve issues
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying test gaps and recommending enhancements
Assist in root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts during product development or field failures

Requirements

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
Proven testing experience
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, etc.)
Ability to work effectively in both team-based and startup-style environments

Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience with lithium batteries or energy storage systems
Experience with data acquisition tools and diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
Familiarity with battery testing standards (e.g., UL1973, UL9540A)
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
