Tenant Coordinator (2 positions)
Locations: Mission Bay (San Francisco, CA) & South San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Hybrid – In-office at least 3 days per week
Employment Type: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $31.25 – $36.06 per hour, plus annual discretionary bonus
A nationally recognized real estate firm is seeking a Real Estate Coordinator to join its dynamic Asset Services team. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants , ensuring prompt and professional service
- Support day-to-day property operations, including coordination of meetings, events, and tenant service requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant and vendor contact lists
- Draft and distribute tenant communications , such as email bulletins and updates
- Assist with tenant onboarding and move-out processes , including signage, access cards, and orientation
- Help plan and execute tenant appreciation and engagement events
- Manage conference room scheduling , including coordination with A/V vendors and IT support
- Support the monthly accounts receivable process , including reviewing and distributing rent statements
- Maintain and update emergency building documentation and serve as emergency administrator
- Provide administrative assistance to the Building Engineering Team , including requests related to building access, fitness centers, and parking
- Contribute to special projects and administrative assignments as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong client-service mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in pursuing a career in commercial real estate or property management
- Familiarity with billing, budgeting, or facilities management systems is a plus
- Prior experience in property management or a related field is beneficial but not required
