Compensation: $30–$45/hour

Location: Lee's Summit, Missouri

Position: Technical Trainer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Trainer to join their team!

This person will help shape the end-user training experience by collaborating on curriculum development, delivering customized trainings, and producing high-impact learning content. With a diverse audience that includes both field and technical staff, this position offers variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the internal IT and HR teams to support the development of a comprehensive Workday training curriculum
  
  
• Produce engaging microlearning content, including short training videos and how-to resources
  
  
• Facilitate virtual “lunch and learn” sessions, as well as targeted one-on-one or small group trainings tailored to end-user needs
  
  
• Deliver live, instructor-led trainings in both virtual and onsite formats to a diverse range of users
  
  
• Translate complex HCM processes into accessible, user-friendly training materials
  
  
  

  Required Qualifications & Experience:

  
  
  
  • Minimum of 3 years in learning and development or technical training roles
    
    
  • Hands-on experience delivering training on Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, or Time Tracking
    
    
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions
    
    
  • Skilled in instructional design, using tools like Canva, Articulate 360, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite
    
    
    

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

    
    
    
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 training, including tools like Teams, Outlook, or SharePoint
      
      
    • Experience supporting training rollouts
