Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert tax consulting services tailored to the energy industry, with a particular focus on Green Energy initiatives.
Advise clients on how to effectively utilize tax incentives like the ITC and PTC to maximize benefits.
Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis, ensuring clients are taking full advantage of available credits and incentives.
Review and prepare complex tax filings and reports specific to the energy sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their tax needs.
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and offer proactive, forward-thinking tax solutions.
Work closely with both internal and external teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
What You Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus).
5+ years of tax consulting experience, preferably within the energy industry.
Expertise in tax regulations and incentives specific to the energy sector, particularly Green Energy.
Experience advising clients on ITC and PTC strategies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to offer creative, compliant tax solutions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple projects.
Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
