Job Description **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
* Conduct and facilitate the game by providing rules of the game to participants, according to established requirements.
* Ability to calculate odds quickly and accurately to pay winning bets and collect loosing bets.
* Ability to determine the appropriate chip denominations for cash received.
* Must be cognizant of the security of the game being played and notify appropriate member of Poker Room management of any irregularities and/or attempts to cheat while the game is being played.
* Provide our guests fast, fun, friendly, joyful, focused service.
* Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team member and guest relations.
* Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members and/or guest.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**
* Previous Dealing experience preferred.
* Knowledge of multiple table games preferred.
* Successful completion of dealer school / program required.
* Strong hand / eye coordination and manual dexterity skills are preferred.
* Must successfully pass an audition to determine the performance levels and abilities.
* Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Gaming Enforcement/ Lottery during employment.
* Must have strong math skills, with the ability to calculate numbers quickly & accurately.
* Must possess strong money handling and documentation skills.
* Must be able to wear and appear comfortable in the assigned uniform provided by Delaware Park.
* Must be able to walk and stand for at least a full eight (8)-hour shift.
* Ability to bend reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp as needed.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Ability to perform duties at station assignments that are busy with limited space, have high volumes, diverse clientele, noise, music, minimal and/or bright lighting and variation of climate control.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management is mandatory.
* Must be able to handle all types of guest related situations, relay all guest compliments and complaints to Table Games Management.
