Attolon is seeking a Recruiting & Operations Intern to join our team Summer 2026. Attolon Partners is a Philadelphia-based retained executive search firm specializing in placing senior-level talent in finance and administrative leadership roles.
The Recruiting & Operations Intern will support Attolon’s recruiting team in the day-to-day execution of executive searches. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the executive recruiting industry, focusing on the administrative and operational tasks that keep searches running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about recruiting, research, and business operations in a professional services environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the Firm’s CRM (Encore) with candidate and client data
• Prepare and format client-facing materials such as position descriptions, candidate profiles, and search updates
• Schedule interviews, client meetings, and internal team calls
• Assist with research and candidate sourcing for active searches, including outreach via LinkedIn and email
Qualifications:
• Current undergraduate student (rising senior preferred) majoring in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
This position is based onsite in Philadelphia, PA , with flexible scheduling to accommodate the student’s academic calendar (less than 40 hours per week).
