What they’re looking for:
🔧 PE license (PA) with 5+ years of experience in structural engineering
🔧 Proven expertise in steel, concrete, and masonry design
🔧 Hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and RISA
🔧 Strong knowledge of industry codes (ACI, ASCE, AISC, IBC, OSHA)
🔧 Ability to manage projects from concept to completion and mentor junior engineers
