As a Street Team Promoter, you'll play a key role in spreading the word about our exciting children's soccer programs. Engage with families, distribute promotional materials, and create a fun and memorable experience that encourages participation and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
+ Event Presence:
+ Represent Soccer Stars at local community events, fairs, sports tournaments, and other relevant gatherings.
+ Set up and maintain an inviting booth or area that showcases our brand, programs, and merchandise.
+ Engagement:
+ Approach families and attendees in a friendly and approachable manner, initiating conversations about our available programs.
+ Share the benefits, features, and unique selling points of our soccer programs with enthusiasm.
+ Marketing Materials:
+ Printing, counting, distributing flyers
+ Hand out brochures, flyers, and promotional materials to event attendees, ensuring they have all the information they need to learn about our programs.
+ Collect contact information from interested families for follow-up.
+ Brand Knowledge:
+ Acquire a strong understanding of Soccer Star's mission, values, programs, and unique selling points to effectively communicate them to event attendees.
+ Feedback Collection:
+ Listen to inquiries, suggestions, and feedback from attendees, and relay these insights to the marketing and management teams for continuous improvement.
+ Promotion of Special Offers:
+ Share information about ongoing promotions, discounts, and upcoming events to encourage sign-ups and participation.
+ Professionalism:
+ Represent the company professionally at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Experience in a Brand Ambassador role (preferred)
