Amazon Flex crowdsources independent contractors – called Delivery Partners (DPs) – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Flex WW Safety Team is looking for a Sr. Manager, Product to drive safety improvement for both drivers and community members through product development, process improvement, business insight discovery and automation, and other aspects. The individual will work across organization to benchmark industrial best practices, deliver granular safety insights, drive cross-functional process changes, innovate and develop new products and processes, and facilitate leadership alignment when needed, to raise the bar on safety performance. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
