About the role

The Sr. Exchange Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, general operations, and troubleshooting of client Microsoft Exchange server infrastructure.
Responsible for designing, administering, and establishing system standards for messaging and communication team solutions including, but not limited to:
Microsoft Exchange Online/On-prem and email security
Performs break/fix troubleshooting, server/software updates and feature enhancements to MS Exchange and Exchange servers, as well as general IT Windows infrastructure.

What we’re looking for

At least 3-5+ years of experience in Exchange Systems Administration/Engineering, NOC operations, remote trouble shooting, customer management and other related IT services experience.
Strong understanding of O365 Mail flow and interaction between OnPrem and Exchange
Must have Experience in Exchange 2013 to 2019 as well as Exchange Online (M365)
Strong understanding and experience with ADFS, AADC, and Active Directory
