Genesis Sports Performance in Indianapolis, IN, US is seeking a dedicated Sports Performance Coach to join our team. We offer a competitive hourly salary of $22 - $25 an hour. Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities: - Design and implement personalized training programs for athletes to improve performance.
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate athletes' strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and hydration strategies to optimize athletic performance.
- Monitor and track athletes' progress to adjust training plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive and supportive training environment.
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in the fitness industry.
- Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer Certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- US Work Authorization.
