Role Details
- Home Health setting – covering Kennesaw and surrounding territories (as needed).
- Average 4–6 visits per day (depending on visit type).
- Productivity expectation: 28–32 points per week.
✅ Requirements
- Home Health & OASIS experience – required (no exceptions).
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation experience required.
- Client may consider without HCHB experience at a reduced rate (first 2 weeks) if willing to train.
- Must be able to manage productivity expectations and travel within service area.
- Any overtime must be pre-approved .
- 2-week cancellation notice applies.
