Hearts and Hands Therapy Services (HHTS) is a thriving pediatric therapy company offering a full spectrum of services—including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis—to children from birth through age 21. We’re excited to welcome a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) CCC or Clinical Fellow to our growing Worcester clinic , featuring state-of-the-art tools, a collaborative team, and a dynamic caseload.

What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using evidence-based, individualized interventions
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that support functional outcomes
- Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure carryover and progress
- Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets clinical and company standards
- Provide caregiver education tailored to family needs and learning styles

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts licensure or eligibility
- CCC-SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Passion for working with children in a team-focused environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
💲 $75,000 – $85,000/year + biweekly performance-based bonuses + signing bonus eligibility
