We’re thrilled to share an exciting opportunity with our local school district in Limon, Colorado ! The district is currently seeking a Credentialed Special Education Teacher to join their dedicated team for the upcoming school year , supporting students at the elementary school level .

As a Special Education Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in helping students reach their full potential in a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive educational environment. You’ll work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), provide specialized instruction, and create a positive classroom culture that promotes growth and success for all learners.

• Grade Level: Elementary School
• Schedule: Full-time, following the 2024–2025 school year calendar
• Type: On-site position

Requirements:

• Active Colorado Department of Education Special Education Teacher License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Passion for inclusive education and supporting diverse learners
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
