Position General Summary:
Designs, develops, and maintains custom applications and 3rd party product integrations. Provides Tier 3 support for
custom applications. Gathers and analyzes requirements. Programs all or selected components of custom applications. Documents components and applications. Has experience with a variety of more difficult tools and languages, preferably
Vue.js. Provide weekly status reports to their supervisor in the Curriculum Development department.
Essential Position Functions:
Intermediate professional level role. Works on moderately complex, to complex projects. Works on multiple projects as a
team member and sometimes as a project leader. May coach more junior technical staff.
• Develops and manages effective working relationships with other departments, groups, and personnel with whom
work must be coordinated or interfaced.
• Develops, tests, documents, and implements high quality applications on time that perform according to
specifications and requirements documents.
• Analyzes performance of programs and takes action to correct deficiencies.
• Develops and adheres to development standards that allow for the maintainability of code in a manner that
supports team development.
• Participates in the modification of software applications or architecture to resolve issues and plan for future growth.
• Participates in code reviews and meetings, as necessary.
• Provide a minimum of weekly status report updates for current projects
• Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate respect for others
