Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, engaging, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. You will be responsible for creating and executing high-impact content strategies, driving engagement, building community, and representing the brand voice across key platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow Stuff.io/Book.io’s brand voice across Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
- Develop, execute, and optimize weekly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign initiatives.
- Create and publish engaging content, including videos, Reels, Stories, carousels, and memes tailored to each platform.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags to foster community and deepen engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, etc.) to optimize performance and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to align messaging and support launches and announcements.
- Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with growth marketing, with a focus on performance and conversion.
- Identify and work with influencers or partners to expand reach and drive collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a consistent tone, style, and visual identity across platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
- A portfolio or examples of viral content, Reels/TikToks, or campaigns you've created or led.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, social trends, and what drives engagement.
- Proficiency in social media tools and advertising tools.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with attention to voice and tone.
- Skilled in basic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines.
- Experience working with or building online communities.
- Comfort with data and reporting: ability to analyze insights and pivot strategy accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the book, tech, or digital collectibles space.
- Background in brand marketing or creative direction.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
- Understanding of paid social strategies and A/B testing.
- Experience with influencer management or UGC campaigns.
