Position Title: Skilled Nursing CNA - Direct Hire
Location: Mandan, ND, 58554-1608

Duration: 99 Weeks
Shift: 8-hour Days (6:00 AM 2:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Provide resident-centered personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, psychosocial support, and vital sign monitoring .
Assist residents with meals, hydration, and supplements to ensure a positive dining experience .
Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning using proper techniques.
Maintain hygiene standards by handling linens and following handwashing/PPE protocols .
Accurately document resident care and behaviors according to facility policies.
Education & Experience: Completion of state-approved nursing assistant training .
Certifications:
CNA licensure required .
BLS certification preferred.
Skills:
Ability to communicate and document using electronic medical records (EMR) .
Strong comprehension and measurement skills.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and effectively communicate in English (oral & written).
Wages: $19.00 $25.50 per hour
