Better Community Living, Inc. is seeking Home Providers for our Shared Living Program to provide residential support to people with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities. Home Providers welcome individuals into their homes, and help enhance their daily living skills and fulfill their goals. BCL, Inc. provides program oversight, support and training.
Home Providers are independent contractors who receive a daily stipend, which in most cases is tax exempt.

Share your home, social and family life, assist with daily hygiene and routines, social and community activities, transportation, and assist with medical appointments.
Requirements: - A home with a spare bedroom
- Willing to go through the steps to become a qualified Shared Living Provider
- A current driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience related to working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Must be able to pass background checks
Payments: As an Independent Contractor receive a monthly tax free stipend.
