As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the usability, functionality, and performance of our Provider Management application. Working closely with both business and technical teams, you’ll analyze requirements, design comprehensive test strategies, and develop automated testing frameworks to ensure our solutions meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for new development, feature enhancements, and issue resolution.
Analyze complex requirements to identify testing needs and develop comprehensive test cases.
Document and report testing activities, results, and findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman and develop scripts to validate SOAP services.
Work within an Agile environment to continuously improve testing processes.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of experience in automation testing with Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, and TestNG frameworks.
3+ years of experience testing Pega/BPM applications.
Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as:
Selenium automation frameworks (developing/extending libraries).
RestAssured, Maven, and headless browser testing.
SQL for data validation and testing.
Version control tools like Git.
Sprint management tools such as JIRA.
Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies and workflows.
Excellent communication and analytical skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare insurance industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
