Exciting Opportunity: Senior Tax Analyst

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established multifamily owner, operator, and investor with a national presence. As leaders in multifamily real estate investment, this presents an opportunity to learn from and collaborate with top-tier industry professionals.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Review tax schedules with the external CPA for annual federal and multistate tax compliance.
• Review standard tax work papers for documentation and support of tax positions.
• Prepare deferred income taxes under ASC 740 for the annual audit.
• Conduct analytical review of property financials for tax reporting and projections.
• Assist with tax compliance, estimates, provisions, and planning for collaborative projects.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• Strong foundation in real estate partnership and corporate tax principles preferred.
• Proven experience in preparing federal and multi-state partnership and corporate tax returns.
• High degree of accountability and organization, attention to detail.
