We’re seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead the construction of a large-scale affordable housing project in Marin County. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, scheduling, and site coordination experience on ground-up multifamily or commercial projects exceeding $50M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations and subcontractor management
- Ensure safety, schedule, and quality control compliance
- Coordinate closely with project management and ownership teams
- Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress tracking
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a Superintendent role
- Proven experience managing large ground-up multifamily or commercial projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills

We’re hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support a 7-story affordable housing project in Emeryville. This role is ideal for someone ready to contribute to a dynamic site team on a fast-paced urban build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Superintendent with daily site supervision
- Support subcontractor coordination and progress tracking
- Help enforce jobsite safety and quality standards
- Maintain project documentation and site logistics
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of field experience in commercial or multifamily construction
