Job Description

Job Summary:

DTI-Tech is looking for a  Senior Service Engineer to provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for  AI servers, data center infrastructure, and networking equipment . This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics, and the ability to work closely with customers to ensure seamless system operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-performance computing (HPC), AI/ML hardware, and enterprise networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform  installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AI servers, GPU clusters, and networking devices.
  • Provide  on-site and remote technical support for enterprise customers and data center operations.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues, including  server performance, networking failures, and storage configurations .
  • Collaborate with  engineering and R&D teams to resolve complex system failures and optimize serviceability.
  • Conduct  firmware updates, BIOS tuning, and system upgrades to enhance reliability and performance.
  • Maintain service logs, generate  technical reports , and provide recommendations for system improvements.
  • Train end-users and field service engineers on  best practices for AI infrastructure management .
  • Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams to support product lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with  industry standards, safety regulations, and data center best practices .

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in service engineering, field support, or data center operations.
  • Strong expertise in  AI/ML hardware, GPU-based computing, and enterprise networking .
  • Hands-on experience with  server hardware diagnostics, firmware updates, and RAID/storage configurations .
  • Knowledge of  high-speed networking (Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, CXL)and server management tools.
  • Familiarity with  Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes) .
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a  customer-focused approach .
  • Ability to travel for on-site support and customer engagements as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as  CCNA, CompTIA Server+, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking .
  • Experience in  cloud-based AI deployments, edge computing, and data center automation .
  • Knowledge of  ITIL framework and service management best practices .
