Role Summary:
As a Sr. Sales Representative, you will take on full responsibility of your territory—driving high-volume sales, maintaining key accounts, and aggressively pursuing new business opportunities. You’ll function as a trusted advisor in the industrial supply chain, positioning PGN Bearings as the go-to partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business accounts while deepening relationships with existing strategic clients.
- Develop new customer relationships through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Present and demonstrate PGN Bearings’ product portfolio—bearings, chains, welding wires, etc.—to decision-makers in industrial, manufacturing and agricultural sectors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms, driving profitable growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs; provide feedback to leadership for product/portfolio improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM records.
- Represent company at trade shows, industry conferences and key customer meetings.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior sales reps when applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial supply, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
- Experience developing new business from scratch through outbound prospecting.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and managing key accounts.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relevant field preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory.
