Job Description

Were looking for a recruiter to join our growing team in Austin and play a key role in shaping our Americas HQ at Wise. As a Senior Recruiter you will be essential in scaling our organization fostering a strong team culture and helping us deliver value to our customers. Reporting to the Head of Americas Talent Acquisition you will lead recruitment efforts across the region and help build a highperforming team.

Role Objectives :

• Strategic Recruitment : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies collaborating with hiring teams to make datadriven decisions and meet hiring goals.
• Talent Relationship Management : Build and maintain longterm relationships with exceptional candidates ensuring they have a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure all candidates regardless of outcome have a positive interaction with Wise building a strong talent pool for future opportunities.
• Sourcing Innovation : Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across the Americas.
• Employer Brand Collaboration : Partner with the Employer Brand and Marketing teams to create recruitment marketing campaigns and events that resonate with prospective candidates.
• Team Partnership : Collaborate with hiring teams to support their initiatives including onboarding talent mapping and salary benchmarking.
• DataDriven Decisions : Use data to identify hiring challenges and optimize recruitment processes ensuring scalability and efficiency across the region.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration : Work closely with the broader People team to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience from recruitment through integration.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring across a variety of roles.
• Expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent through creative and innovative methods.
• Ability to assess candidates for both skill and cultural fit ensuring alignment with company values.
• A proactive selfmotivated individual who thrives in fastpaced dynamic environments.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for tackling challenging recruitment needs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Information :

Salary range: $105000$140000
