We are searching for a Senior Program Manager to lead a team of 8. This team handles third party logistics for a few dozen large accounts across the United States. The right candidate will be able to manage/delegate while also stepping in to assist with a white glove approach.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for large accounts
- Coach, Direct, Support an eight person Program Specialist team
- Ensure all programs are delivered on time
- Tweak / Implement program framework / process with KPIs.
- Work across internal channels, with a focus on sales partnership
- Status / Performance reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ Years in Program Management
- 2+ Years Supervising / Managing a team
- Third Party Logistics Experience (3PL) preferred
- Telecom Experience is a plus
- NetSuite Experience is a plus
