What You’ll Do:
- Build & Cultivate Relationships: Leverage your extensive network to connect with potential residents, families, healthcare professionals, and referral sources. Your expert relationship sales and follow-up skills will be key to nurturing these connections and driving property tours.
- Showcase Superior Care Solutions: Utilize your specialized knowledge of assisted living and memory care to confidently present our high-quality services, ensuring families feel supported in their critical decision-making process.
- Innovate Community Engagement: Develop and execute creative event-planning strategies that engage the local community—designing initiatives that entice prospects to experience the unique lifestyle at Sage Mountain.
- Drive Lead Management: Take ownership of our lead tracking process with precision, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Your critical navigation capabilities will help streamline inquiries into meaningful appointments and tours.
- Conduct Personalized Tours: Guide prospective residents and their families through our community, providing insightful tours that highlight our commitment to compassionate care and a vibrant living environment.
- Collaborate & Strategize: Work closely with our leadership team to reinforce Sage Mountain’s reputation as the premier senior living provider within a 10-20 mile radius.
What We’re Looking For:
- Specialized Experience: Proven success in senior living sales, specifically with assisted living and memory care.
- Relationship Sales Expertise: Demonstrated excellence in building long-term relationships and a knack for proactive follow-up.
- Community Connector: A well-established network in your local healthcare community with the ability to leverage these connections to drive referrals.
- Event Planning Innovator: Experience in creative event planning that effectively engages the community and sparks interest in property tours.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Sales CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
- Outstanding Communication: Superior interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to guide families through challenging decisions with care and professionalism.
- Educational Background: An associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
