Senior UCJF Litigation Claims Adjuster
Basking Ridge, NY
Our client is looking to add an adjuster for UCJF Litigation Claims located in Basking Ridge, NY. Candidates should be experienced working in New Jersey Insurance. This position is a hybrid opportunity, with employees expected to be on site two days a week.
Responsibilities for Senior UCJF Litigation Claims Adjuster
- Providing effective management of litigated UCJF claims ranging from routine to complex.
- Effective administration of litigated UCJF claims
- Litigation and budget management through trial and appeal, as applicable
- Statutory eligibility analysis
- Investigation, Vendor/settlement payments, reserving, evaluation, negotiation, etc.
Requirements for Senior UCJF Litigation Claims Adjuster
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience
- Five years of progressively responsible claims positions or related job responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with staff and constituents
- Demonstrated high degree of judgment within delegated authority
Compensation for Senior UCJF Litigation Claims Adjuster
- Salary Range: $75K - $80K
