I have a very compelling career opportunity, for a very solid and stable private equity firm seeking to hire a hands-on Senior Desktop Engineer . This position is a direct report to the CTO of a smaller infrastructure team.

The Senior Desktop Engineer will be responsible for planning, configuring, testing, deploying, reporting on and supporting the corporate desktop image, proprietary and 3rd party application packages, and update/patch management and desktop configuration management solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Package applications for automated deployment in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager ( MEM ) formerly( SCCM ) and/or Intune
• Citrix XenDesktop VDI running on VMware
• Administration of VMWare VDI environment
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting real-time market data and trading.
