Job Description

We’re looking for a Civil Designer/Senior Civil Designer with strong MicroStation skills and a solid background in traditional civil engineering design. If you thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment and have experience working across a range of infrastructure projects, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work from architectural plans and survey files to develop detailed engineering construction documents in MicroStation
• Collaborate with a team of PEs, EITs, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality civil engineering design packages
• Prepare plan and profile drawings , create pipe networks , and generate surfaces for civil infrastructure projects
• Interpret sketches, notes, and reference materials to plan and complete drawings independently
• Maintain consistent use of company CAD standards (layer naming, line types, text styles)
• Support multiple project types including:
• Land & site development
• Transportation infrastructure
• Water resources and treatment facilities
• Structural (bridges and buildings)

Qualifications:

✅ 5–15 years of civil design experience in one or more of the following areas: land development, site design, transportation, water resources, or structural

✅ Proficient in MicroStation with experience preparing full plan sets

✅ Familiar with city and county design guidelines and standards

✅ Strong organizational and communication skills

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
