Job Description

Our Client is looking for an experienced Consulting Manager to join the Digital Identity practice.

This is a full time role and not open to contract or C2C candidates.

What You Can Expect

As a Manager, you’ll partner with clients to solve complex business problems and deliver impactful advice and solutions. You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and strengthen these relationships through high-quality project delivery. You’ll also mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants while guiding the successful completion of project work plans.

  • Delivering strategic IAM and/or PAM program advisory support, including assessments, strategy, and roadmap development.
  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including user access lifecycle management.
  • Designing and/or implementing IGA technology (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza).
  • Designing and/or implementing Access Management technology (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity).
  • Proficiency with role-based access control, including role mining and design.
  • Knowledge of directory technologies such as Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP, or virtual directories.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, change management, and release management practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional/matrixed organization.
  • A strong passion for all things IAM.
  • Experience mentoring and advising junior staff.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Management Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, either in professional services/consulting or within a large enterprise (e.g., Fortune 500).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
  • Professional certifications such as identity vendor certifications preferred.
