Job Description:
The Scrum Master will work closely with the customer project POC's, and the cross-functional project team. The Scrum Master will ensure that the project is aligned with other inter-dependent projects, programs, and stakeholders and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the projects, ensuring that all milestones and objectives are met effectively and efficiently. By maintaining strong lines of communication and a collaborative spirit and can work together to achieve our project goals successfully.
- Implementing Agile Framework Optimization r Implement Agile best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, PI Planning Board administrations , Internal Consulting).
- Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Identify and resolve team-level impediments while escalating organization-wide barriers appropriately.
- Providing Mentorship & Agile Coaching r Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
- Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops to strengthen Agile adoption across the organization.
- Administering & Optimizing Atlassian Tools r Configure, customize, and optimize JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence to support Agile workflows.
- Develop and maintain custom JIRA workflows, fields, dashboards, and automation rules to enhance team productivity.
- Generating Executive Reports & Dashboards r Build and maintain dynamic and insightful dashboards in JIRA and Confluence to provide real-time visibility into Agile team performance.
- Translate Agile metrics into meaningful executive reports that drive informed decision-making.
- Develop tracking mechanisms to measure Agile maturity and team efficiency over time.
- Collaborate with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for Agile success.
- Tracking Performance Metrics & Driving Continuous Improvement r Define and track Agile performance metrics, including sprint velocity, cycle time, lead time, and team capacity utilization.
- Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Leading Team Development r Act as a servant leader for the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to maximize team effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting self-organization and accountability.
Education And Work Experience:
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with at least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role.
- Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other enterprise Agile methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications, preferred.
