Step into the heart of NYC fashion with a top, well-known retail and fashion brand’s e-commerce team. As a Sample Coordinator , you’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps seasonal marketing samples organized, prepped, and shoot-ready. This fast-paced, detail-driven role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for product, a passion for fashion, and the drive to keep things running smoothly from showroom to shoot.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the tracking, check-in, and organization of seasonal samples for a major factory brand—ensuring key items are in place for kickoffs, style-outs, and shoots.
- Keep the sample closet impeccably organized and accessible; you’re the go-to for anything sample-related.
- Collaborate across Styling, Merchandising, Sourcing, Marketing, Creative, and Production to prep for seasonal campaigns and ecomm shoots.
- Assist with the full shoot lifecycle—fittings, sample shipments, shoot decks, and post-production coordination.
- Manage ecommerce grid shoot samples: track, prep, and ensure every item is captured on set.
What We’re Looking For:
- Super organized, detail-obsessed, and deadline-driven.
- Thrives in a team setting and stays cool under pressure.
- Excellent multitasker with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Docs; retail or showroom experience is a plus, but not required.
- Positive, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
