Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Modern Furniture Showroom in Fountain Valley, CA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our furniture selections, and assisting in the sales process. Daily tasks include product demonstrations, answering customer inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a welcoming showroom environment. Social media involvement is a huge plus!

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge focused on contemporary and modern furniture
• Retail Sales and Sales expertise to drive revenue and meet sales targets
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail
• Experience in the furniture industry and familiarity with luxury home furnishings is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related fields is beneficial
