Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Associate at Marvin D. LeBlanc Insurance Agency, Inc in Metairie, LA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, engaging with customers to understand their insurance needs, providing product recommendations, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Experienced Sales closer, ability to self initiate, work unsupervised. High energy, highly motivated.
