Credentials

• Licensed: State license as required for the job
• Certified: Psychiatric Certification Preferred Not Essential
• Right to Work: Completion of W4/I9 form plus photo ID
• Experienced: 1 years within the last 3 years
• Credible: 3 professional references
• Vaccinated: COVID19 vaccination details (or exemption)
