Position Title: Server
Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for greeting and serving customers in a timely, courteous and professional manner
Ability to inform customers of specials, making suggestions and answering questions regarding food, beverage and service
Must be able to solicit food and beverage orders from customer and relays order to culinary and beverage staff
Must be able to communicate with culinary and beverage staff and coordinate entire station to ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to serve courses promptly while ensuring the proper presentation
Monitors diners to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and accommodates any additional requests
Ability to total guest check, refer customers to the cashier, or process payment for the customer
Assists with stocking work station, removing soiled dishes and resetting tables
Any and all duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must pass pre-employment drug test and qualify for a gaming license
Good people skills, customer driven, sense customer needs, promote positive dining experience
Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours
Good coordination; be able to bend, kneel and have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Must have prior experience as a Food Server/Waiter/Waitress
