The Role
As a Research Scientist , you’ll lead initiatives to enhance our models’ performance, efficiency, and robustness after initial training.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Conduct and drive research projects focused on the post-training stage of our models, improving their practical capabilities and real-world effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product teams to align research outcomes with business needs, bridging the gap between technical innovation and customer impact.
- Design and execute experiments to enhance post-training model adaptability for enterprise applications.
- Develop synthetic datasets and create evaluations for real-world enterprise use cases.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong research background in post-training optimization and fine-tuning of large language models, with familiarity in frameworks such as Megatron, DeepSpeed, or MaxText.
- A solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals and a practical, research-driven mindset.
- Proven experience in designing new ML methods or refining existing techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML research, particularly Python.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- A passion for building impactful technology in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
